Case Management

The AHF Case Management Program partners each client directly with a case manager to identify and make available the services and resources that best meet the needs of individual clients.

 

Furniture Closet

The purpose of the Amarillo Housing First Furniture Closet Program is to promote physical and emotional comfort by providing household essentials to make a house into a home where individuals and families can begin healing and recovery.

 

HOPE

Homeless Outreach Providing Encouragement

Amarillo Housing First (AHF) is proud to partner with the City of Amarillo to accomplish the HOPE program goal of creating “an innovative, proactive approach to connect Amarillo’s homeless population to our community’s support services as part of our on-going commitment to move this population from crisis to stability and beyond.”  The HOPE project is a temporary work program that focuses on providing pro-active outreach of our community’s support services to Amarillo’s homeless population.

 

Code Blue Warming Station

The Code Blue Warming Station is a collaboration of 13 different local non-profits and agencies including Amarillo Housing First. Together, our mission is saving lives by providing a safe and warm area for people (and their pets) who have no other options to escape the cold weather.
